Well yesterday went quite well, we saw a broker and we will be able to afford our new house after all, now just have to get an agreement on price...
Short and sweet for today..it's Friday afterall...

So yesterday my wife and I went for a stroll in East London, looking at the streets and houses on offer. To our dissapointment only 2 houses still remains for sale that we looked at. We quite like the one 2 bedroom house close to Gallions Reach DLR station, allbeit is bit pricey. I contacted a South African Broker today and tommorrow we will discuss the possibilities. We 1st need a AIP - Agreement in Principle before estate agents will take us seriously. Well with tommorrow as a day's leave we will have plenty of time on hands. So you will hear from me in about 2 days time...

Right, lets start this blog off by telling a bit more about myself. As you can see I am a affid Formula 1 fan and I'll be attending the British Grand Prix. This past weekend Micheal Schumacher won the San Marino Grand Prix and though it was not very convincing I'm very happy about the win for Farrari. I am a sport fanatic and will watch almost any type of sport, be it indoor or outdoor. I currently live in London and have been here for the better part of the decade, coming from my native South Africa. I work as an IT Network Administrator for a engineering company Alan Baxter & Associates and also designed the website. I also got married last year on the 15th of October 2005. I will also join the exclusive 30 year old club this year on the 2nd of September 2006. Well that in a nutshell. My current plans over the next few weeks will be - looking for a house to buy, preparing for the British GP, Going to Barcelona in July and The Goodwood Festival of Speed in June.
