So yesterday my wife and I went for a stroll in East London, looking at the streets and houses on offer. To our dissapointment only 2 houses still remains for sale that we looked at. We quite like the one 2 bedroom house close to Gallions Reach DLR station, allbeit is bit pricey. I contacted a South African Broker today and tommorrow we will discuss the possibilities. We 1st need a AIP - Agreement in Principle before estate agents will take us seriously. Well with tommorrow as a day's leave we will have plenty of time on hands.
