Things are moving at a pace now. We've decided to give our landlord our 2 month's notice and are due to be out of our flat on the 7th of July. Thats 8 weeks from Monday! Hopefully and all thumbs crossed we will have our mortage application approved by the end of this month. Halifax allready took the valuation fee from my account this morning, so it's gathering pace...

Well buying a house do give you sleepless nights and raises quite a few questions like - was it that right choice?, Do we realy need to go through all this trouble? After speaking to several of my friends I realised that it is something everyone that buys a house goes through. So now it's up to my solicitor and broker to negotiate on my behalf. Enough about the new house... This weendend is F1 weekend at the Nurnburgring in Germany. Schumacher has a point to prove and I will as always be ranting for him and the Ferrari team. Enough said. Well tomorrow is free practise and that will give us a good indication....

What an eventfull weekend! Not only did my wife and I looked at 2 houses, but we made an offer on the last house we saw and the owner accepted our offer. Now it will be 3 months off careful planning and budgetting before we can move in. So our new home will be in Beckton - East London, which is on the DLR. Will keep you posted...
